Location: Berlin, Germany. Hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, A/B test, and deploy solutions to improve the user journey.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to define and implement API integrations for micro-mobility logic.
• Thoroughly test solutions, including building unit tests and working with QA testers to cover all scenarios.
• Develop a deep understanding of products, their impact on business metrics and end-users, and contribute ideas to the product roadmap.
• Lead feature developments from idea to positive, validated impact on end-users.
• Get onboarded to back-end development within the first year to grow as a full-stack engineer.

Requirements

• Strong ability to make data-driven decisions that positively impact the business.
• Drive for leading initiatives and features to completion and monitoring their success after delivery.
• Experience testing and releasing mobile changes while ensuring their quality across multiple Android versions.
• Experience with unit testing and automation testing frameworks.
• Strong principles for writing clean, simple, secure, and maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
