What you will do

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for YouTube and other social platforms.
• Create engaging vlog-style, behind-the-scenes, and documentary-style videos tailored for digital audiences.
• Optimize content for YouTube SEO, including metadata, thumbnails, and audience retention strategies.
• Manage video production workflow from pre-production (scripting, location scouting, shot lists) to post-production (editing, motion graphics, sound design).
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for high-quality video production.
• Work closely with on-camera talent, influencers, and content creators to capture authentic and engaging content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, editing, and content creation for YouTube and social media.
• Strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and knowledge of motion graphics software such as After Effects.
• Experience with YouTube content strategy, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
• Ability to shoot high-quality video, including experience with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and mobile filmmaking.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to create engaging video narratives for digital audiences.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
