Location: Hybrid role in multiple locations (USA, Switzerland, Germany, Serbia). Must have the legal right to work in the country of application. No visa sponsorship or relocation support.

What you will do

• Architect and build end-to-end intelligent systems, selecting appropriate ML tools like Gradient Boosted Trees, Transformers, or custom CNNs.
• Build and maintain AI product pipelines and orchestration using tools such as Airflow, dbt, MLflow, and ZenML.
• Apply a research-oriented mindset to solve complex problems like multi-hop reasoning, model quantization for edge devices, and advanced retrieval.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate models, detect hallucinations, measure regression, and ensure models are safe and explainable.

Requirements

• Strong ML fundamentals with proven experience solving problems with traditional ML (XGBoost, LightGBM) and deep feature engineering.
• Hands-on deep learning expertise with CNNs, RNNs, or Transformers, understanding internal model mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn).
• Experience with the modern data stack (SQL, dbt, Airflow).
• Must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying for.
