What you will do
- Define, develop, and evolve the marketing visual strategy of the brand.
- Create visual moodboards and curate references for campaigns and products.
- Produce and oversee high-quality promotional design using Adobe tools, AI solutions, and 3D where appropriate.
- Scale creative solutions across multiple marketing channels and formats.
- Review and evaluate design assets for compliance with brand standards, marketing objectives, and execution quality.
- Ensure visual consistency of the brand across all marketing communications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in creative teams or design studios, primarily focused on marketing and brand design.
- Strong expertise in creating and evolving brand visual identity across marketing and product marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience in photo retouching and color correction, image creation using AI tools, typography, vector graphics, logos, and key visuals.
- Ability to scale a marketing visual concept into a cohesive system, including campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and CRM materials.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop; excellent retouching and color management skills are required.
- Solid understanding of UI fundamentals and the stages of the product design process; experience collaborating with product designers and marketing teams.
- Experience building, maintaining, and evolving design systems, asset libraries, and brand guidelines.
- Proven leadership experience, including task ownership, quality control, mentoring mid-level designers, and managing external contractors.
