What you will do

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments to optimize data processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for data quality standards and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee manual extraction and entry of commercial data into internal systems with high accuracy.
  • Conduct weekly and daily quality assurance checks, ensuring data consistency across platforms.
  • Track and resolve data discrepancies, providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in working with numbers and conducting basic data analysis.
  • Keen attention to detail, with a strong focus on maintaining process integrity.
  • Familiarity with commercial and account management tools, and data platforms.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for data integrity, with the ability to drive improvements in data governance and quality assurance.
  • Understanding of commercial deal structures.
  • English: B2 required
