TL;DR

Focus on diagnosing and fixing issues, driving product adoption, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Location: This role is based in Bucharest, Romania.

What you will do

  • Own customer inquiries end-to-end (how-to, technical break-fix, integration/configuration, best practices).
  • Become a trusted product expert on the dashboard, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive increased product adoption by enabling effective platform utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Contribute to process improvements, internal enablement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience supporting technical products, ideally in SaaS or mobile application environments.
  • Proficiency with case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQL.
  • Domain knowledge of two or more: SaaS, Mobile Technology, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and/or basic programming.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as Postman, Snowflake, and/or Kibana.
