What you will do
- Own customer inquiries end-to-end (how-to, technical break-fix, integration/configuration, best practices).
- Become a trusted product expert on the dashboard, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Drive increased product adoption by enabling effective platform utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Contribute to process improvements, internal enablement, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience supporting technical products, ideally in SaaS or mobile application environments.
- Proficiency with case management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQL.
- Domain knowledge of two or more: SaaS, Mobile Technology, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and/or basic programming.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Snowflake, and/or Kibana.
