What you will do

• Resolve escalations related to payment issues from across the organization.
• Identify development tasks to address performance, incident, or customer issues with clear business cases and requirements.
• Support and train Customer Support and Operations teams on payment processes and related systems.
• Research and implement payment expansion projects in new and existing markets.
• Conduct payment reconciliations of payment providers across all markets, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong SQL expertise (Excel/Google Sheets) and a data-driven, analytical mindset.
• Proactive problem-solver and fast learner who takes ownership and drives results.
• Strong team player for a high-volume, collaborative payments environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid mode from Tallinn, Estonia, with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.
