What you will do

• Assist teams with administrative tasks and oversee UX/UI development from conception to game integration.
• Facilitate communication and information flow within the team.
• Plan work for teams and ensure timely delivery of planned tasks, sprints, and milestones.
• Track team progress, adjust plans as necessary, and identify dependencies.
• Contribute to project roadmapping and long-term planning.
• Manage risks and participate in daily updates, sprint/milestone retrospectives, and reporting.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI in game development.
• Proactive, independent thinker with a keen ability to see the bigger picture.
• Ability to identify and manage risks to project timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management techniques and tools such as Gantt charts, Confluence, and JIRA.

Nice to have

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the game development industry.
