What you will do

• Develop embedded firmware that powers GPS trackers.
• Focus on GNSS technologies (GPS, Galileo, BeiDou) to deliver accurate tracking and great battery life.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for features, from complex concept development to seamless real-world performance.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Backend, Tech Support, and QA teams.
• Analyze GNSS/GPS performance in real-world scenarios and translate insights into firmware optimizations.
• Participate in retrospectives and continuously improve development processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development.
• Deep understanding of GNSS principles, protocols, and standards.
• Hands-on experience with GNSS chipsets and modules.
• Experience with version control tools and best practices like Clean Code and Unit Testing.
• Track record in larger firmware projects, ideally within SCRUM-based, cross-functional teams.
• Very good English skills (B2).
