What you will do

• Support the sales team in their daily activities, allowing them to focus on selling and building customer relationships.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks within the sales process, from documentation to internal coordination.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey by promptly handling inquiries, contracts, and onboarding steps.
• Coordinate effectively with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to facilitate deal progression.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales activities, and update sales pipelines and reports.
• Assist with sales reporting, performance metrics, and insights to help the team achieve targets.

Requirements

• Fluent in Croatian and confident in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and various digital tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with colleagues and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role.
• Previous exposure to SaaS, Fintech, or service-based industries.
