What you will do
- Own the game in live operations, including product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with game leadership (Producer, Design, Economy Design, Marketing) to define the roadmap and long-term vision.
- Drive Live Operations, product, and user acquisition strategies, helping upper management make decisions.
- Collect player insights and feedback to continuously identify opportunities for game improvement.
- Dynamically prioritize the product roadmap for maximum player and business impact.
- Perform A/B tests, research, and data analysis to improve overall performance and support key game decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in freemium games.
- Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and drive product delivery and performance.
- Strong analytical skills for A/B testing, research, and data analysis.
- Experience in managing product teams, mentoring, and focusing on KPIs.
- Must work in a hybrid model from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- English: B2 required.
