TL;DR

Director, Growth & Distribution (Fintech): Own and scale customer acquisition and deposit distribution for hirify.global’s Personal Savings business with an accent on growing direct customer acquisition, building and scaling introducer/affiliate partnerships, and expanding third-party distribution. Focus on identifying and launching new acquisition channels, optimizing conversion across acquisition journeys, and leading commercial negotiations for partnerships.

Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK, with flexibility to work from home and collaborate in person.

What you will do

  • Own and scale customer acquisition and deposit distribution for the Personal Savings business.
  • Directly own the customer growth strategy, setting clear targets for volume, cost, and quality.
  • Identify and launch new acquisition channels, including paid search, affiliates, and brand partnerships.
  • Map the UK distribution landscape for retail deposits and expand distribution partnerships.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage ongoing partner performance, economics, and risk.
  • Lead and develop growth marketing and partnerships teams, fostering a commercial, data-driven culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in growth, distribution, or commercial roles within retail banking, fintech, or similar regulated environments.
  • Excellent understanding of market dynamics and commercial structures of retail deposit taking in the UK.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition beyond a single dominant channel.
  • Experience in building and managing introducer, affiliate, or platform partnerships.
  • Strong commercial judgment, including pricing, margin, and volume trade-offs.
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an iterative environment.
  • Confidence operating in highly regulated contexts with an understanding of compliance.
