SensorZ is seeking for a highly experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our core R&D team and lead the development of a next-generation Software Defined Radio (SDR) platform with high-end performance requirements.
This role is hands-on and highly technical, focused on real-time, high-throughput systems operating close to the hardware. You will work at the intersection of Embedded Software, Networking, RF, and real-time systems, contributing to both architecture and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Embedded Software for advanced SDR systems
• Implement and optimize high-performance data paths
• Develop software using DPDK for low-latency, high-throughput networking
• Work on real-time software with strict timing and performance constraints
• Integrate software with RF and hardware components
• Collaborate closely with RF, hardware, and algorithm teams
• Analyze and optimize system performance (latency, throughput, CPU utilization)
• Take part in architectural decisions and technical leadership within the team

Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in Embedded Software development
• Deep, hands-on experience with DPDK.
• Strong background in Networking (packet processing, protocols, data paths).
• Good understanding of RF signals and wireless communication concepts.
• Understanding in real-time software development.
• Excellent proficiency in C++.
• Strong experience with Embedded Linux.
• B2 English

Nice to Have
• Prior experience developing or working with SDR systems
• Experience with FPGA / SoC platforms (e.g., ARM, Zynq)
• Knowledge of PHY / MAC layers
• Experience with low-level optimization and performance tuning
