What you will do

• Lead end-to-end release cycles, including test planning, execution, triage, and closure.
• Plan and manage multiple feature deliveries across diverse components in the Core DataPath (CDP) stack.
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify blockers, drive prioritization, and ensure swift resolutions.
• Champion automation, targeting 100% automation coverage for new features and regression testing.
• Monitor and report quality metrics such as dashboards, defect trends, and release readiness.
• Build and mentor a high-performing QA team focused on consistent patch and feature delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years in QA leadership or management roles.
• Proven expertise in distributed systems, storage, or virtualization domains.
• Strong experience designing test strategies and automation frameworks for complex system software.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or C++ for automation and debugging.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM), and cloud-scale deployments.
• Deep knowledge of file systems, block/object storage, disaster recovery, and backup technologies.

• Familiarity or interest in AI-driven test optimization.
