Strategic Implementation Consultant (Hospitality Tech)

Strategic Implementation Consultant (Hospitality Tech): Leading end-to-end onboarding and implementation for high-value hospitality clients in the Benelux market with an accent on delivering white-glove experience and acting as a trusted product and technical advisor. Focus on planning, coordinating, and executing go-lives and on-site training while maintaining client satisfaction.

Location: Based in Belgium (Brussels or Ghent) for the Benelux Market, with required international travel for on-site client implementation and training. Remote options are available but the role is not fully remote due to travel requirements.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for strategic and enterprise clients.
• Deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience to clients.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute go-lives, on-site training, and support.
• Act as a trusted product and technical advisor for clients.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve escalations.
• Keep clients engaged, satisfied, and transactional through proactive follow-ups and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B, client-facing roles.
• Background in hospitality, retail, or project management.
• Fluent in Dutch and French (spoken & written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with POS or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes.
