YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to help Hoxhunt grow by hiring the right people, and by shaping how we attract, engage, and welcome them into the team.

You’ll influence how candidates experience Hoxhunt and support hiring teams in making thoughtful, high-impact decisions. Recruitment here isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about building the future of Hoxhunt, one great hire at a time.

We’re looking for someone excited to take real ownership of that mission — and make it their own.




YOUR ROLE
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll join a small, experienced team of talent professionals supporting hiring across all areas of Hoxhunt.

You’ll take full ownership of your work, build close and trusted relationships with hiring managers, understand their goals, and help guide them toward strong hiring decisions.

You’ll help us move fast when it makes sense, and slow down when it matters. You’ll bring clarity to the process, challenge assumptions when needed, and continuously improve how we hire as we scale.

This is a role with a strong sourcing focus and qualitative, multi-channel outreach. You’ll spend meaningful time identifying, building and nurturing long-term relationships within niche talent pools with highly specific experience.




WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple business functions (GTM, Customer Success, Tech, Product, etc.)


* Proactively source and engage talent for roles with highly specific or niche skill sets, using thoughtful and well-researched outreach


* Build genuine, respectful relationships with candidates and represent Hoxhunt with care and credibility


* Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting them from role definition through interviews and offer decisions


* Work closely with your TA teammates to continuously improve how we hire and how we continue to partner with the business


* Contribute to shaping and strengthening our employer brand and talent marketing efforts


* Use data and insight to inform decisions, improve hiring outcomes, and evolve our recruitment practices


* Build long-term talent pipelines and maintain relationships over time, even when there’s no immediate role open


* Use AI and automation thoughtfully in your day-to-day work to reduce low-value manual tasks and free up time for high-impact activities such as building relationships with business-critical talent groups, candidate engagement, and hiring manager partnership






WHAT YOU BRING
* At least 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in tech or high-growth companies, either in-house or through agency work.


* Strong direct sourcing skills and comfort working on roles that require specific or hard-to-find experience


* An AI-native mindset in talent acquisition: you’ve already experimented or adopted AI-supported ways of working to automate repetitive tasks and create more space for high-value recruiting work


* A partnership-driven approach when working with hiring managers - you know how to support, influence, and challenge constructively


* Solid project management skills and clear, thoughtful communication across teams and stakeholders


* Comfort operating in a growing, sometimes messy environment where priorities evolve
