Custom.MT is a Czech product company building a platform for controlled AI workflows in localization.
We help enterprises turn chaotic usage of AI, MT, and LLMs into a structured, scalable, and measurable production process.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Czech project Custom.MT and work on the core backend of the platform.

Location:

☘️Remote
☘️Candidate must be based in Serbia or any EU country

Language requirements:

💦Russian: fluent or native (working language for part of the team)
💦English: fluent (spoken and written; used for communication, documentation, and partners)

Tech stack:

🍁Python
🍁Django
🍁Celery
🍁PostgreSQL
🍁Redis
🍁REST APIs
🍁Experience with ML / AI pipelines is a strong plus

Responsibilities:

🌸Design and develop backend services within a microservices architecture
🌸Build and evolve modules responsible for controlled AI workflows
🌸Work with asynchronous processing, queues, and high-load scenarios
🌸Integrate external AI / MT / ML services
🌸Contribute to production ML-related components (not research-focused)

Work format:

Compensation:

☘️Fixed salary: €4,000
