Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City metro areas. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Relocation assistance is available to these metro areas. Exceptional remote candidates within approximately 50 miles of a major US airport may be considered. Hybrid employees also have the flexibility to work from outside their home office for up to 6 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Lead engaging clinical demonstrations for executives, physicians, and CDI teams.
• Develop client understanding and provide strategies for successful adoption and sustained results.
• Evaluate clinical readiness through assessments and workflow shadowing, delivering tailored recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted physician peer to client leaders, providing consultation on change management.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to articulate outcomes and ROI.
• Share best practices to accelerate value realization across accounts.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with active, unrestricted medical license; board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related specialty.
• 5+ years of clinical practice, including significant inpatient experience and direct EHR documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Epic or Cerner, with familiarity in CDI metrics (SOI/ROM, CMI, HCC/RAF, CC/MCC).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of leading demos and small-group trainings.
• Data-literate with the ability to review basic outcomes/ROI analyses.
• Willingness to travel 50% for on-site activities.

• Background in hospital leadership, quality improvement, or CDI.
• Involvement in sales, customer-facing roles, or simulation training.
• Skilled as a physician builder.
• Experience lecturing or presenting at conferences.
• Familiarity with hirify.global as a user or champion.
