TL;DR
Provider Success Educator (Contract) at : Supporting the education needs for implementation and expansion with an accent on coordinating education delivery and onboarding client clinicians. Location: This role requires traveling to and working onsite at hospitals, with exact sites and locations dependent on business need. Candidates must be within an hour from a major airport and have access to transportation to and from client facilities (within 50 miles). Requires at least 75% travel.
Salary: $50 an hour or $500/day.

What you will do
- Coordinate education delivery with Provider Success Managers (PSM).
- Collaborate with PSM to ensure coverage for education and shadow sessions.
- Deliver education and ensure supporting materials are available.
- Complete detailed session write-ups daily.
- Provide input for eLearning and supporting material creation.
- Onboard client clinicians in using effectively.
- Teach users application usage and workflow adaptation.
- Serve as a provider advocate and escalate barriers to adoption.
- Identify individuals needing additional support.
- Provide on-site support as directed by PSM.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in education, healthcare, or software application end-user education.
- Required to be within an hour from a major airport.
- Able to travel at least 75% of the time.
- Must have access to transportation to and from client facilities (within 50 miles).
Nice to have
- Experience as an EHR (Epic or Cerner) Credentialed Trainer or on-site EHR go-live support.
- Understanding of clinician workflows within the EHR in a hospital setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Familiarity with adult learners, in-person and virtual training.
