Salary: $160,000–$190,000 a year

What you will do

• Own and execute clinical-product initiatives with direction from the CMIO.
• Act as a subject matter expert, translating clinical requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage data mapping, testing, and validation workflows for health system integrations.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to optimize workflows and improve quality.
• Support development and QA of new diagnostic modules by reviewing model outputs and clinical logic.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Clinician (PA-C, NP, CNS, or RN) with active licensure and 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience working with Epic or Cerner.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, JavaScript for data validation and analysis.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside within the New York City metro area or be willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience in clinical operations or informatics leadership.
• Previous experience in health technology or SaaS environment.
