Customer Support Specialist (Fintech): Providing expert support on hirify.global's financial operations platform to new and current customers with an accent on accounts payable processes and accounting system integration. Focus on leveraging AI-powered features to automate invoice processing, approvals, and communications, maximizing efficiency and minimizing manual work.

Location: The flexibility of working from our Austin, TX office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Salary: $100B+ in invoices annually

What you will do

  • Answer customer inquiries within Intercom promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success leadership, Product, and Development teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for both current and new customers on all aspects of hirify.global’s Financial Operations Platform.
  • Proactively explore AI-driven methods to enhance customer support efficiency and streamline invoice processing and approval workflows.
  • Assist customers in leveraging AI-powered features to automate invoice processing, approvals, and communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Purchase Orders
  • Experience with ERP's (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with AI-based automation tools in finance operations or a strong desire to develop expertise in enhancing AP workflows through technology.
