Solutions Consultant (Procure-To-Pay): Partnering with the Sales team to guide prospective customers through hirify.global's platform, bridging business challenges with technical solutions for procure-to-pay operations. Focus on designing tailored demos, providing ERP expertise, and acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs and AP teams.

Location: Hybrid, requiring office attendance three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in either Austin, TX or Nashville, TN, USA.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales to drive discovery and pre-sales, mapping hirify.global's platform to customer needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to finance and technical stakeholders.
• Provide deep subject matter expertise on ERP integrations, Procurement, financial operations, and AP automation.
• Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams for smooth handoffs and deployments.
• Build and maintain reusable demo assets, proof-of-concepts, and technical documentation.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, webinars, and customer workshops.

Requirements

• Experience: 5-10 years in a Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering role with business SaaS solutions implementation.
• ERP & Financial Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Workday).
• Ability to influence and present to executive stakeholders, translating technical concepts into strategic value.
• Skilled at requirements gathering, business process analysis, and designing tailored P2P solutions.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, AP workflows, and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design, comfortable with integrations and data mapping.
