Business Development Manager (Publishing Team, AdTech)

What you will do

• Generate leads for the Publishing Department and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Research, plan, and implement initiatives for new target markets.
• Develop the publisher portfolio, optimize ad placements, and improve publisher revenues.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and communication across channels.
• Collaborate with Compliance on traffic fraud checks and suspected fraudulent activity.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry events worldwide when needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent English proficiency required.
• Understanding of client approach strategies and relationship-building techniques.
• Interest in AdTech, traffic monetization, and performance marketing models.
• Ability to identify high-value opportunities, prioritize leads, and work confidently with data.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or media buying is advantageous; basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS knowledge is a plus.
