What you will do

• Lead and manage multiple outsource development QA and functional QA teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards.
• Own the project’s playtest program, partnering closely with Production to deliver a robust, risk-driven Release QA process.
• Manage the outsource QA budget, ensuring spend is aligned with project needs while delivering high-quality results.
• Coordinate QA readiness for releases, updates, and submissions, ensuring appropriate test coverage and quality gates are met.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate internal and external playtests to deliver actionable insights that improve product quality and player experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, software development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects, including outsourced QA partners.
• Proven experience managing outsource QA vendors, including audits, performance management, and QBRs.
• Experience supporting games releases from a QA perspective.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, and defect management workflows.
• Experience with QA tooling such as JIRA, test management systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Open to regular travel as part of the role.
