What you will do

• Own outbound and paid marketing campaigns end to end, from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Plan, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns focused on B2B lead generation.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
• Drive inbound lead generation with clear accountability for MQLs.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and lead flow.
• Collaborate with brand, sales, and delivery teams to translate business goals into focused campaigns with clear calls to action and measurable results.

Requirements

• Strong experience in B2B digital marketing with a focus on outbound and paid channels.
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience running cold outbound email campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools, or willingness to learn HubSpot.
• Solid experience with GA4 and website analytics.
