AWS Cloud Engineer (AWS)

AWS Cloud Engineer (AWS): Delivering and maintaining cloud solutions for an industry-leading surveillance product suite with an accent on developing complex solutions with a range of AWS Services and operational documentation. Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia). Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency status and full working rights in Australia.

What you will do

• Deliver and maintain AWS solutions for large enterprise organizations.
• Develop complex solutions using a range of AWS Services.
• Maintain operational documentation for second-line operations.
• Lead projects and independently execute parts of large implementation projects.
• Participate in all application activities, including issue handling, incident solving, requirements, and new release launches, enhancing processes and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• At least 3+ years of experience from working with AWS and Cloud, Linux Administration, Network, or Application Operations.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in AWS services and architecture.
• Good experience/knowledge with Terraform (IaC).
• Extensive knowledge to design and create CI/CD pipelines, and extensive experience in Git/GitLab.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency status and full working rights in Australia are required.

Nice to have

• AWS certificates are highly preferable.
• Expertise in Linux.
• Experience working with Financial Services Institutions.
