What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative recruitment strategies for product engineering roles
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Provide a high-touch, personalized candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using social networks and alternative sourcing methods
• Negotiate and support hiring managers in developing compensation packages and offers
• Analyze recruitment metrics and partner with business leaders on hiring trends and needs

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting senior-level technical roles in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• International recruiting experience is a plus
