• Work with hiring managers to provide creative recruitment solutions.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of business functions and proactively meet staffing goals.
• Own the individual candidate experience, providing a high-touch, personalized approach.
• Conduct proactive sourcing using various methodologies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Manage the interview process and offer generation/approval.
• Provide analysis of recruitment stats and activities to business partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall technical recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Extensive Product Engineering recruiting experience within a fast-paced, SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of technical roles and requirements.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior-level technical positions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
