What you will do

• Lead end-to-end D365 Finance implementations, including Fit-Gap analysis, Solution Design, Configuration, UAT, and Go-Live support.
• Act as the Finance Solution Architect for complex business requirements and drive process standardization and optimization.
• Engage with CFOs, Finance Heads, Controllers, and key business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs (FDD, BRD) and lead workshops.
• Configure Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Posting Profiles, Ledgers, Calendars, Tax, Multi-currency, and Intercompany setups.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with external systems, data migration strategies, and oversee financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 8-10 years total experience, with 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 ERP Accounts Payables, General Ledger, and Account Receivables.
• Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
• Experience with multi-legal entity, multi-currency, and global implementations.
• Proficient in English and native-level Mandarin.
