What you will do
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.
- Design and build scalable microservices using .NET and Azure.
- Contribute to the evolution of microservice architecture and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with frontend developers (React, Next.js), product managers, BAs, and designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Stay hands-on with code, mentor developers, and promote best practices.
- Drive technical discussions, champion clean architecture, and improve engineering standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading software delivery within a microservice-based environment.
- Strong technical background in .NET and Azure, with deeper expertise in backend systems.
- Comfortable working across the stack and experience mentoring developers in a collaborative, agile setup.
- Product-focused mindset with an understanding of trade-offs between speed, scalability, and user experience.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for clean, maintainable code.
- Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to work hybrid 3 days a week in the Liverpool City Centre HQ.
