As a Staff / Lead AI Agent Engineer , you’ll architect and ship production-grade agent systems that reason, plan, retrieve, and act across live business workflows. These agents don’t just assist. They run things.

🔧 What you’ll be building

• Multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen
• Production RAG, GraphRAG & Knowledge Graph systems at scale
• Advanced agent patterns: ReAct, reflection loops, context engineering
• End-to-end deployment with real observability

• Human-in-the-loop escalation , trust lifecycle management
• MAESTRO threat modeling , red teaming, and LLM-as-Judge evaluations
• MCP integrations for tool use and external system connectivity
• Technical ownership of the agent roadmap
• Mentoring and growing a team of AI engineers

👤 Who we’re looking for

• 8+ years in software engineering
• 2+ years hands-on with AI / agentic systems
• Real production experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen (or similar)
• Python as your primary language
• Production backends in TypeScript / Node.js / Go
• You’ve shipped multi-agent systems to production at scale
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or open-source LLMs
• Strong background in distributed systems, AWS , and technical leadership
