Service Designer: Shaping exceptional customer experiences for If’s commercial business area by designing and delivering attractive insurance buying journeys, primarily for the SME segment. Focus on supporting ongoing initiatives, ensuring continuity across projects, and optimizing digital quote user experience and communication touchpoints.
Location: Hybrid workplace with primary work location in Espoo or Turku, Finland. Travel several times a year within the Nordic countries.

What you will do
- Support prioritization for the digital quote platform in alignment with the Product Owner.
- Drive documentation and alignment for implementing the digital quote solution across markets.
- Contribute to the continued development and improvement of the digital quote user experience.
- Identify and create customer and nurturing journeys based on customer behavior.
- Support follow-up and optimization of communication touchpoints.
- Work in a cross-functional agile team including UX designers, developers, content managers, and CRM experts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in service design or a related field.
- Solid educational background in service design, UX design, or a related subject.
- Proficiency in common service design tools and methods (journey mapping, service blueprinting, mixed-methodology research).
- Skills in conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research.
- Experience working collaboratively with UX designers and content managers.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Working proficiency in English and one Nordic language.
Nice to have
- Experience developing detailed customer journeys aligned with Salesforce journey-building.
- Creating and working with customer behavior groups for Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).
- Strong collaboration with UX designers to bridge customer insights into tangible concepts and wireframes.
- Knowledge of agile approaches and techniques.
