What you will do

• Define the technical architecture for the agent orchestration platform.
• Build and scale distributed systems to handle complex state management and high-volume agent interactions.
• Drive alignment across AI teams on shared infrastructure and APIs.
• Champion reliability and observability practices for AI agents.
• Mentor engineers on AI systems engineering.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions and represent hirify.global in partnerships with LLM providers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems.
• Experience building and operating high-availability services handling stateful workloads.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance.
• Track record of setting technical direction and driving alignment across teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and undefined solution spaces.
• Communicate clearly and build trust with engineering, product, and design partners.
• Experience with ML/AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration patterns and emerging protocols.
