What you will do

• Audit, monitor, and evaluate all existing payment methods to ensure performance and market alignment.
• Research and propose new payment methods and providers for various geographic markets.
• Continuously refine wallet and cashier UX to maximize deposit and withdrawal efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to scope and test new payment integrations.
• Partner with Data teams to produce dashboards tracking transaction metrics and present insights to management.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking of payment offerings within iGaming and fintech sectors.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce (iGaming, crypto, or high-volume online transactions preferred).
• Strong understanding of global and local payment systems (cards, e-wallets, APMs, open banking, crypto).
• Experience working directly with PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateway integrations.
• Solid grasp of user experience and conversion optimization principles related to payment flows.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming, crypto, or financial services industry.
• Working knowledge of payment metrics tracking and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Understanding of web and mobile UX patterns for payment flows.
