Location: Based in Austin, TX or Seattle, WA; role follows a flexible work model.
Salary: $224,000–$313,500 base, with potential up to $358,500 based on performance.

What you will do
- Lead and execute large-scale, mixed-methods user experience research initiatives to inform global product strategy.
- Develop research roadmaps that align with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Mentor and manage a team of qualitative and mixed-methods researchers to foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
- Synthesize cross-functional qualitative and quantitative insights to shape product development and innovation.
- Champion the integration of AI-driven systems and ML concepts into research workflows and real-world products.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer at an organizational level to drive product impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional UX research experience covering both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Proven leadership in setting research strategy and influencing direction across multiple business units.
- Experience with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML concepts to research or product practice.
- Experience in cross-cultural research or product globalization.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

- Expertise in brand tracking, market segmentation, and affinity modeling.
- History of driving operational excellence in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
