What you will do

• Identify gaps and fine-tune processes using real-time data to enhance efficiency.
• Create and standardize operational governance and routines.
• Design and build investigation processes from scratch, with a strong focus on fraud investigations.
• Take full ownership of the product funnel from "confirmed" to "released" and optimize due diligence processes.
• Lead and influence platformization efforts, including global investigation services.
• Serve as the central point of contact for managing and resolving regulatory requests and oversee remediation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in similar Product Operations roles.
• Fluent or native Spanish and English.
• Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem, with exposure to third-party banking integrations being a plus.
• Proven track record designing and improving processes within a business area encompassing third parties.
• Strong overall business acumen, with an understanding of financial services unit economics.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations and manage challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, effective across all levels of the organization.
