What you will do

• Bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the World.
• Solve for the Customer by understanding the needs of people looking for help from agents, CX managers, and developers building on the platform.
• Innovate new tools and processes for building AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, leadership, and the entire company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers, in partnership with sales, go-to-market, and forward-deployed teams.
• Lead the product through all stages from concept to excellent execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, with a track record of leading products from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Comfort working deeply with engineering on technical systems and tradeoffs, including experience building developer-facing products (e.g. APIs, SDKs).
• Passion for deeply understanding user needs and identifying the right solutions from first principles.
• Proven ability to partner closely with engineering, design, customers, and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Values Alignment: Embodies values and contributes positively to culture.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-driven products, especially conversational or agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience writing production code (e.g. TypeScript, React, or similar), or prior experience as a software engineer.
