TL;DR

Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales: Developing and implementing strategies to grow hirify.global's presence in the Enterprise and build meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers with an accent on building and scaling a diverse sales team. Focus on driving revenue growth, thought leadership, and fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

Location: Remote-first (United States Eastern Time Zone ; ON, Canada). Must be based in the Eastern time zone. This role will require an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.

Salary: $300,000 - $475,000 (USD).

What you will do

  • Build and scale a world-class, diverse sales team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and mentoring Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Achieve quota, forecast accurately, and drive linearity.
  • Advise CMOs & CTOs on why they must prioritize & uplevel their #1 marketing asset (websites).
  • Build pipeline, qualify deals across various sources, command the sales process, drive operational rigor, and lean into agency partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Engineering & Product departments to implement and carry out a sales go-to-market plan and strategy.
  • Drive energy and grow a positive and collaborative culture that inspires teamwork, performance, and empowers your team to do their life’s best work.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales with 4+ years of enterprise leadership.
  • Deep experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing Enterprise Account Executive teams.
  • Expertise in helping teams move upmarket while managing increasing deal size and complexity.
