Content Strategy UX Intern (UX/UI): Leading audits into current and planned User Interface (UI) tools and sharing findings and recommendations on UI Components and User Journeys with an accent on optimizing editorial processes for online learning content. Focus on building the best user experiences, streamlining workflows, and creating immediate value for users through UI updates and additions.

Location: Hybrid: on-site in Westlake/Dallas, TX, Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Lead UX audits of UI tools and workflows, focusing on components, patterns, and user journeys.
• Assist in recommending UI standards and prioritizing updates and additions.
• Deliver a final walk-through of work, findings, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in UX, Design, or a related field.
• Some knowledge of user experience design and user journeys.
• Strong writing skills and experience building presentations.
• Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks.
• English: B2 required.
