What you will do

• Build, maintain, and evolve operating and cash flow models.
• Translate strategy into financial scenarios such as pricing, headcount, and go-to-market changes.
• Define and own core business and sales KPIs, building dashboards that leadership uses.
• Analyze revenue, pipeline, sales efficiency, and unit economics to deliver regular insights.
• Proactively surface trends and issues before they appear in results.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on strategic questions, bringing data-backed hypotheses.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or another relevant degree.
• Two to five years experience as a finance analyst.
• Exposure to sales or go-to-market metrics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work in an onsite environment.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience in consulting or banking with clear operating exposure.
