What you will do

• Collaborate with Leads, Art Managers, and Production to develop asset production pipelines and workflows.
• Maintain cohesive direction and standards for all created assets.
• Work across multiple disciplines including modeling, UV mapping, texturing, and optimization.
• Create high-quality, game-ready 3D models and textures for environments, architecture, and props.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Drive improvement and evolution of asset production methods and techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-8+ years of professional experience in 3D Art.
• Expert knowledge of 3D content authoring techniques (high-poly, game-resolution modeling, UVing, texturing, optimization).
• Expert knowledge of Maya, 3DMax, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter/Designer, and Unity.
• Proficiency with source control software (Perforce) and project tracking tools (JIRA/Confluence, Shotgrid).
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
