Salary: $125,000–$145,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with product leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap.
• Own the delivery of key investment capabilities, features, and workflows, including Order Management, Portfolio Management, and General Ledger.
• Act as the embedded Product Owner within Agile squads, driving sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and deliver scalable investment workflows and modern user interfaces.
• Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and non-functional requirements.
• Perform hands-on testing and ensure product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software product development.
• Prior fintech/asset management experience is required.
• Demonstrated success in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Deep familiarity with writing clear, actionable user stories, epics, and NFRs.
• Experience with modern product development methodologies (e.g., INVEST, MVP, steel threads).
