Marketing Specialist (Retail/Design): Executing regional 360-degree marketing initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia with an accent on coordinating campaigns, localizing global assets, and managing digital content. Focus on cross-cultural communication, project management, and data-driven optimization of marketing performance.
Location: Onsite in Singapore, supporting markets across Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia.

What you will do
- Assist in developing and implementing 360-degree regional marketing plans for ANZ and SEA.
- Lead selected campaigns and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
- Execute key campaigns, supporting local rollouts, dealer events, and regional activations.
- Adapt and localize global marketing assets for the ANZ and SEA regions.
- Manage digital and social media content, ensuring regional alignment with global brand narratives.
- Coordinate website updates and assist with inbound lead allocation and tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum five years’ experience in marketing, with exposure to regional or multi-market coordination.
- Proven experience coordinating end-to-end marketing campaign execution.
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultures and time zones, ideally within Asia Pacific.
- Fluent English – written and oral (C1 level).
- Strong project management, prioritization, and process-oriented skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global organization or premium design/luxury/architectural brand.
- Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Thai or Bahasa Indonesia).
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Wrike, or digital asset management systems.
