What you will do

  • Assist the Global Retail Team in developing and executing strategic POS programs.
  • Support regional teams in preparing and elaborating customer Category Management projects.
  • Develop agency briefs and oversee the creation of a global POSM toolkit.
  • Organize Internal Global Sales Cups, co-author newsletters, and manage relationships with accounts.
  • Maintain the Global Retail POS programs tracker, monitor results, and analyze data.
  • Animate the Wegrow best practice sharing platform and maintain agency relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Advertising.
  • Ideally, prior experience in marketing or sales within FMCG, CPG, or Consumer Electronics.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with an ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Passion for trade marketing and retail channel management.
  • Proactive and confident self-starter with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in multicultural and multifunctional environments.
  • Curious, autonomous, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in English.
