What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products.
  • Collaborate with a large sales team to assist in business origination and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Understand competition's capabilities and position hirify.global’s Banking solutions effectively.
  • Deliver on specific KPIs including repeat and new business revenues, client churn reduction, upselling, cross-selling, and increasing wallet-share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through client meetings, ideas, proposals, and updates.
  • Expand existing business and originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.

Requirements

  • Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
  • Experience of working in an established FX institution, commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Sophisticated technical ability in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
  • Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition).
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Fluency in Latvian and strong business-level English required.
