Senior Scrum Master (Agile)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies and processes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments and resolve complex process challenges.
• Drive a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation, and support team building.
• Partner with development leads for capacity planning and resource allocation in Agile tools.
• Promote continuous team improvement, ensuring higher productivity and product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years of Agile experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) or other Agile project management certifications.
• Expert communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Agile approaches including XP and Kanban.
• Previous experience with Agile tools and techniques including User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, and Agile Games.
