Location: For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga. The role offers the freedom to work 2 months from anywhere in the world.

Salary: €5,000–€7,000/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 7 Meta & Google acquisition specialists.
• Oversee the overall acquisition strategy for critical Kilo brands across Meta, Google, and Applovin.
• Manage multi-million dollar budgets with a relentless focus on ROAS and incremental growth.
• Select and integrate automation, tracking, and attribution tools to stay ahead of the market.
• Constantly improve the overall ads’ performance of Meta, Google, and Applovin channels.
• Proactively encourage your team to look for new angles to unlock new markets and retain existing customers.

Requirements

• Proven track record of 3-4 years in successfully managing PPC campaigns.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google (PMax, GDN, Demand Gen), and other social media advertising platforms.
• Experience using advanced PPC tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to retain an oversight across many projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
