What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
• Oversee planning, execution, and quality of BI deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and technical specifications.
• Review and validate Tableau and Power BI dashboards for accuracy, performance, usability, and visual standards.
• Establish and enforce BI development standards, QC checklists, and best practices.
• Act as primary point of contact for BI delivery status, risks, and dependencies, and support sprint planning.

Requirements

• 9 to 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise in both Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling in Power BI.
• Advanced Tableau skills including LOD expressions, parameters, actions, and performance tuning.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in complex queries and optimization.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sigma.
• GenBI experience.
