What you will do

• Build and optimize low-latency execution engines for market making and high-frequency trading.
• Develop solutions for complex exchange connectivity across global digital asset exchanges.
• Inject liquidity into Crypto, DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols.
• Apply systems programming expertise in memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimization for trading systems.

Requirements

• Passion for Rust programming and a strong interest in trading.
• Experience or strong interest in Market Making & HFT.
• Experience with Exchange Connectivity.
• Interest in Crypto & DeFi ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of Systems Programming, including memory safety, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• English: B2 required
