Location: Hybrid in Ebene, Mauritius (three days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Manage data syncs and content automation platforms, enhancing reporting templates and creating enablement content for end-users.
• Support the compilation of recurring executive reporting collateral in Operations and Commercial departments.
• Build and maintain data-driven data quality assurance scripts and foster relationships with internal stakeholders to action and remediate any discrepancies.
• Operationalize data requests through visual dashboards, informal ad-hoc reports, queries, or manual compilation, with a focus on scaling and automation.
• Build Payments analytics expertise and support end-users in the Commercial organization with questions regarding Merchant performance insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably with some exposure to sales, marketing, or operational data.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization.
• Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and regression analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
