What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for global localization and internationalization (L10n & I18n).
• Act as subject matter expert on L10n & I18n topics, driving Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts projects.
• Leverage i18n libraries/frameworks and integrate with translation management systems (TMS).
• Own performance optimization tasks, applying web performance best practices (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, caching strategies, CDN integration).
• Work with Senior Engineering leadership across hirify.global Business, consumer Prime, and Marketing.
• Apply hirify.global innovation mechanisms and AWS technologies, including native AWS and machine learning.

Requirements

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Knowledge of a front-end language (Javascript, CSS, HTML, etc.).
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
